![]() Maple syrup has been produced in the Adirondack for centuries, so we felt it was only right to pay homage to the delicious tradition. We teamed up with local producer, Black Rooster Maple, and brewed a roasty stout base which we then added almost 1lb/bbl of their rich maple syrup. The syrup's sweetness pair beautifully with the chocolate malt.
