Bear Naked Ale
A medium-bodied Amber Ale with a brilliant copper color. Top-fermenting ale yeast and a high proportion of imported Munich Malt create a clean, crisp beer with a toasty and slightly fruity backbone.

Bobcat Pilsner
Inspired by the crisp, clean Pilsners of the Old World, Bobcat was designed as a light-bodied lager with a subtle bitterness and an uncanny ability to pair with a wide variety of food. Golden and refreshing, Bobcat utilizes noble german hop varieties to create an easy-going and highly drinkable Pilsner.

Lake George's IPA

Lake Georg'e IPA changes with our hometown's four distict seasons. Every 90 days, or less, you can expect a new Wave of modern, hazy, juicy, East Coast IPA. The malt bill remains teh same: 2 row, red wheat, and flaked oats, but the hop profile changes each and every time; no two Waves are exactly the same. A true exploration of modern hop varieties and their distict characteristics.

Lake George Cider Project

Our cider is produced from a blend of 100% New York State McIntosh, Empire, Gala, and Spygold apples freshly picked and blended to our unique formula. Fermented in stainless steel with a dry chardonnay yeast. Naturally Gluten Free!

Oktoberfest
Prost! We at the Adirondack Brewery sought out to create one of the best traditional Oktoberfests in New York State. Brewed with 100% NY ingredients, Oktoberfest has a lightly sweet, bready malt character and is the perfect compliment for your best Wurst. Zicke zacki, zicke zacke, hoi hoi hoi!

Peanut Butter Porter
Peanut Butter enthusiasts, this one’s for you. If you crave Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Peanut m&ms, or just straight up sticking a spoon into a jar of peanut butter and getting downright wild, this is your beer. Our ultimate dessert beer is brewed with lactose, peanut butter, and cacao nibs, finishing with a creamy, decadent mouthfeel.

Tangerine Summer Dream
Brewed for hot summer days and balmy Adirondack nights; dried tangerine peel and tropical-aroma hop varieties are added to the whirlpool for a unique tangerine and citrus flavor that results in a crisp, sessionable ale that is sure to become your favorite summer ale.

Easy Hike Session IPA
A sessional American IPA built for the endless variety of outdoor activities that the Adirondacks offer. Our take on the lower ABV style does not lack on the hop additions. Large amounts of Lemon Drop, Hallertau Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria are used in the lengthy dry hop to create a full-flavored IPA on a low ABV body.

Barrel-Aged Fat Scotsman
We took our Gold Medal winning Scotch Ale and aged it in hand-selected bourbon barrels. The resulting beer is big and full bodies, with it's sweetness derived from kettle caramelization balanced by the dry trannins contributed from the oak. The peated malt dances in the background and the result is a bold beer that is sure to warm you up.

Headwater Hefe
Big, creamy mouthfeel is acheived through a two-step infusion mash to model traditional Bavarian-style wheat beers. A malt bill cosisting of 50% wheat contributes haze for dayz and distinct Weissen yeast produces beautiful soft notes of banana and clove.

OktoberfestHarvest Rye IPA
In celebration of the local hop harvest, we will incorporate whole cone fresh NYS grown hops to a malt bill that included Rye and Dark Crystal malts. This combination gives it a uniquely spicy flavor from the Rye malts balanced by the bitterness and citrus aroma from the fresh hops.

Fat Scotsman
A big, rich and malty Scotch ale that features a robust flavor and a smooth mouthfeel. Generous amounts of caramel malt and kettle caramelization contribute to the rich flavor, which is balanced by just the right amount of hops. Gold Medal- GIBF 2016. Bronze Medal- Best of Craft Beer Awards 2017.

Imperial Mocha Coffee Stout
A double mashed stout with a full-bodied and soft, espresso like texture. This beer is very dark and increadibly creamy. Whole cacao nibs deliver a chocolate backbone, while cold-pressed coffee from our friends and neighbors at Caffe Vero adds another layer of complexity.

Snow Trout Stout
It's back! Our Session Stout, brewed with wheat and roasted barley is perfect for the cool late Summer and Autumn nights when you want to enjoy a few. Chocolate and Biscuit notes sit upon a medium body.

Beaver Tail Brown Ale
An American-style Brown Ale, that despite its dark mahogany color, is crisp and hoppy due to a generous Centennial dry hop.

Black Rooster Maple Stout
Maple syrup has been produced in the Adirondack for centuries, so we felt it was only right to pay homage to the delicious tradition. We teamed up with local producer, Black Rooster Maple, and brewed a roasty stout base which we then added almost 1lb/bbl of their rich maple syrup. The syrup's sweetness pair beautifully with the chocolate malt.

Hope Ale
Using Pink Guava and our traditional malt profile we made this pink hued, subtly sweet ale to help raise funds for Breast Cancer Research and support of our partners at DeCresente Distribution.

The Narrows IIPA
Earthy, herbal, citrus, and dank. this is what we were going for with our new Imperial IPA, the Narrows. Pouring a beautiful carmel color, with a fluffy white head, you will be overwelmed by the strong hop aroma emiting from this brewery. However with a 2-row malt backbone, and brewery Dextrose added in, there is an approachable balance to this behemoth.

Wildest Dreams
Sharp sour flavor lends way to crisp citrus in this marvelous Gose. With a hue reminiscent of fresh squeezed OJ, and an aroma of Seville orange & tangerine peel, this sour ale is a perfect puckering potion for the warmer months. Pair this with fresh green salads, earthy cheeses, or a salmon burger cooked perfectly on the grill.

Ryan's Irish Red
Our production manager decided to revive a generations old family recipe and Ryan’s Irish Red was created. Ryan himself claims that this Red Ale pairs well with bangers and mash or an Irish wake. We’ll take his word on the latter.

Phantom Island
Refreshingly tart, this traditional Berliner-Weisse comes through ith some jammie goodness from the blackberry puree added to it. Emanating aromas of blackberry jam on toast, this well carbonated liquid is super approachable and invigorating as we enter Spring and shake off the winter chill.

Cucumber Cool
Our latest release from the Funk House is designed to be a vibrant Summer refresher with a touch of funk. Juicy cucumber and honeydew aromas burst out of the glass and Brettanomyces yeast contributes notes of earthiness and hay, with a dry, thirst-quenching finish.

Sour Project 2018
A wild ale innoculated with our house "funk" strain that contains Brettanomyces, Pediococcus, and Lactobacillus. This sour was aged in stainless steel for 6 months and then dry-hopped with Simcoe & Mosaic. This combo give off hints of lemongrass, pineapple, tropical fruits, and fresh-cut leather.
